The experience begins with our two-hour Heritage Tour of Hvar, where we take you through the island’s inner landscapes and introduce you to stories that never make it into guidebooks. We pass through old stone roads, small villages, olive groves and vineyards, stopping at places that are silent, authentic and full of character. It’s a relaxed and personal way to understand the real Hvar before we even arrive at the tasting.

Then we reach the olive grove. But this isn’t just any grove. It’s a living archive with over three hundred varieties of olives from around the world, each planted with care and intention. Here you’ll meet Toma, the host and olive grower who doesn’t tell you what he’s memorized but shares what he’s lived. He knows every tree, every season, and every step of the process that turns olives into golden oil.

The tasting takes place exactly where it should – outdoors, among the trees, far from the noise. You’ll sit in the shade, talk freely, and taste slowly. Each oil is different, with its own character, and you’ll learn how to recognize those subtle notes like never before. If the moment calls for it, a bottle of local wine might open, maybe a few homemade bites appear, but everything stays relaxed and real.
